I bring over 30 years of hands-on experience. My knowledge and experience have been widespread through the Customer Service, IT and Telephony industry; anything from Customer Interaction, Policy Review, Educational Development to Cabling, Hardware/ Peripheral Changes, Software/ Website Development, Custom Builds, LAN/ WAN Build Outs, Network Administration, VOIP Installation and Configuration to Desktop Support and Troubleshooting in a Help Desk/ Call Center Environment.

I live within a small community in Elkton, Kentucky. I am an acceptable commute to Nashville, TN, Bowling Green, KY, Madisonville, KY, Cadiz, KY, Clarksville, TN and surrounding areas.
